You subscribe to one of our monthly packages, and we provide you with Freshfold laundry bag(s). Simply fill your bag(s) with your laundry, ensuring they are properly closed and not overfilled. We will pick up your laundry, carefully sort, wash, dry, professionally fold, and then deliver it back to you within 48hrs.
What areas do you service?
How long does the service take?
Once your laundry is picked up, we aim to deliver it back to you promptly. You can discuss specific scheduling with our team after subscribing but standard service is within 48hr turnaround.
Is there weight-based pricing?
No, we do not use weight-based pricing. Your monthly subscription includes the use of Freshfold laundry bag(s), and the pricing is based on the number of bags and the package you choose.
Are customized options available?
Yes, we offer customized options such as hypoallergenic or non-scented washes. Please discuss your preferences when scheduling your service or contact us.
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are automated monthly. You can easily manage your subscription, and there is no fee to cancel at any time.

Do I need to separate my laundry?
No, you do not need to separate your laundry. We take care of carefully sorting your clothes into whites and colors.
What kind of care do you provide for clothes?

What items do you NOT accept?
For the safety of our team and to ensure the quality of our service, Freshfold does not accept the following items:
- Dry Clean Only Garments: Items requiring specialized dry cleaning processes.
- Delicate or Specialty Fabrics: This includes materials such as lace, silk, and items with sequins, which require specific care beyond our standard laundry service.
- Soiled or Contaminated Items: We cannot process items with bodily fluids, pests, or other contaminants.
How should I pack my Freshfold bag?
To ensure no lost garments and to maintain the integrity of the bag, please ensure your Freshfold bag is closed properly and not overfilled.
What if something is damaged or lost?
